I
found a little moonbeam
Who likes to play at night
It shimmers on my covers,
Then, poof! It’s out of sight.
It
sneaks beneath my bed sheets
And lights upon my knee,
Then dances on my tee shirt
And tries to tickle me.
The
tiny beam flies quickly
And flashes in my eyes,
But I can catch and send it
Back to the starry sky!
